Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2025

At Yellow Ticket Productions, we take great care in planning and delivering high-quality events including concerts, summer schools, and theatre performances. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for tickets and event registrations.

1. Non-Refundable Tickets

Please note that all ticket purchases are non-refundable once completed. This includes:

  • Single event tickets (e.g., concerts, performances)

  • Registrations for summer schools or workshops

  • Group bookings

We advise all customers to double-check event details and personal availability before completing a purchase.

2. Event Cancellations or Significant Changes (By Us)

In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel an event, or make a significant change (such as changing the date or location), we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund of your ticket price

  • The option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled event (if applicable)

  • A credit or voucher for use toward a future event

We will notify you using the contact details you provided at the time of booking.

3. No Refunds for Non-Attendance

If you are unable to attend an event for any reason (including illness, travel delays, or personal circumstances), unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. While our policy is that all sales are final, if you believe you have an exceptional reason for requesting a refund, please contact us in writing at info@yellowticketproductions.co.uk and we will review your request. However, refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

If you purchased your ticket through a third-party platform (e.g., Eventbrite, TicketSource), please refer to their refund terms in addition to ours. We are not responsible for their processing times or additional policies.
